My focus is on pacing your lifestyle, while ensuring that you incorporate activities that you enjoy doing into your life. We start with low-intensity activities and progressively increase them based on your individual tolerance, helping you build stamina and strength at a comfortable pace.
Furthermore, I provide education on energy conservation and pacing strategies to help you balance activity and rest, reducing the risk of overexertion. Regardless of your circumstances, we aim to support you in living your life well.
