About Me

I have always loved movement for my body and mind, and was fortunate enough to be raised in an active outdoor environment. Following secondary education I trained and worked as an Environmental Scientist within a large corporation. I experienced and witnessed pattern's of long work hours, poor nutrition, lack of movement and a decline in mental health. After six years I made a choice to remove myself from that lifestyle, re-educate myself and give back to my community in a form of healthcare. I now thrive on being able to offer guidance and support around all things movement and health, particularly to those living with an invisible illness.

I now have a passion for helping individuals to gain more confidence with movement and to create a better relationship with exercise and to improve their overall health. I focus on normalising health issues and helping build self-efficacy and independence within an individual, allowing people to progress towards their goals at their pace.

I live with my partner and chickens in Anglesea, Victoria, Australia. I aim to live a healthy, simple and balanced life, incorporating outdoor activities into my life as well as having down time reading a good book.

I am currently on paternity leave until December 2025. If you are a current or past client with questions, please feel free to get in touch via nicolesmith.ep@gmail.com and I will respond once I return to work.
